SpringMeade HealthCenter is the result of a unique partnership between Upper Valley Medical Centers and AdCare Health Systems, Inc. Working together, this team of experts in both retirement living and health care bring to SpringMeade a heightened sensitivity to the unique needs and desires of our Residents.

Created in 1992, SpringMeade HealthCenter was built on a farm that had been known as “Mon Reposo” – my place of rest. Peace and tranquility thrive in a facility that Residents come to call home.
