Rehabilitation
SpringMeade
HealthCenter offers skilled rehabilitation to help you recover
from an accident, illness, injury or planned surgery. Our
goal is for you to regain as much of your strength and independence
as soon as possible by combining physical, occupational and
speech therapies with nursing, social services and physician
approved care. Wound care is also available, and we can provide
in-home evaluations when needed.
We give
around the clock nursing care that meets the individual needs
of each Resident. The same dedicated caregivers are routinely
assigned, so Residents come to know and trust them. All members
of our nursing staff are registered/licensed nurses or certified
nursing assistants.
